America's Top 100 Art Towns. Bluffton, Port Royal, Hilton Head and the surrounding Beaufort County areas boast dozens of galleries regularly exhibiting the work of more than 700 artists. Working artists may often be greeted in their studios, and seasonal art walks invite shoppers and guests to enjoy the visual arts of the lovely Lowcountry of South Carolina.
