Be sure to stop by the Visitor Center when you're in town for tour tickets and event information.  Also located in the Visitor Center, is our Tourist Assistance Portal kiosk filled with useful information and discounts to various local accommodations, restaurants, attractions and more!

Getting here: 

Beaufort, Port Royal and the Sea Islands are an easy scenic drive on US 21, or US 278 and SC 270, from the major north-south routes US 17 and I-95.
 

Commercial airports are conveniently located about an hour away north in Charleston or south in Savannah.
 

The Beaufort County Airport accommodates private and corporate planes, and the Hilton Head Airport offers limited commuter flights to connecting hubs of major national airlines.
 

Amtrak trains traveling north and south daily are accessible 25 miles from downtown Beaufort at a station in Yemassee.
 

Greyhound buses travel into Beaufort several times daily.

The Tourism Division, a division of the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce, is charged as the Designated Marketing Organization of Beaufort, Port Royal and the Sea Islands of South Carolina. 

Tourism Division Hours: Mon. - Thurs. 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
